Hi all,
The homework for our next class will be reading pages 80 and 83. Read lines 1-5 in preparation for our exploration of the brakha formula. Please do the same with lines 1-5 on page 83. For writing practice, please write out lines 1-4 on page 84 five times, five days/week. Also complete the "Guessing Can Be As Good As Knowing" exercise on page 85. We won't be having Hebrew this upcoming Tuesday, December 20th, because of the ARS Hanukkah party, so this homework will be due the next time we meet, January 3rd. Looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday!
Best,
Isaac

Homework for 11/15
Hi Guys!
I'm looking forward to seeing you all after our break. Just a reminder about the homework for next week: Please read pages 50 (lines 1-8) & page 52 (lines 1-9). I mentioned in class that you could start on lines 2 for both pages, but I think it would be great if you could all read both pages and all of the lines. Don't worry if you get stuck, just please do as much as you can. Remember, 5 minutes a day, 5 days/week. Let's try and win that reading raffle!
For writing homework, please complete the entirety of page 54, including the printed words. Thank everyone, see you on Tuesday!
Best,
Isaac

Hi everyone!
I just want to remind you guys about the homework for next week. Both the reading (raffle) and writing homework is from the packet I passed out with the "lamed," "mem," "mem sofit," and "dalet" on the front page. Please read p. 8 lines 1-8 for 5 minutes, 5 days/week. Also, please complete the printing practice on p. 14, six lines of each letter 5 days/week. You can try writing the "holam," found below the "lamed," on the second line if you're feeling adventurous. We'll talk more about this letter and sound next week in class, though. Thanks everyone! Make sure to bring in your reading raffle cards! La shana tovah!

Hebrew Reading & Writing Homework for 9/27
Hi everyone!
I just want to remind you guys that the writing homework due for next Tuesday is from the Unit 1 handout entitled, "Meet the Consonants and Vowels for this Unit." You should all practice writing the Hebrew letters found on page 5 as well as the two Hebrew words found at the bottom of the page, at least 5 lines of each letter and word every day! Also, don't forget our reading raffle assignment. Please read lines 4-12 found on the second page from the other handout with just "Unit 1" written on top. This is the handout where we learned the Hebrew letters, "tav, "mem," "hey," "aleph," and "nun." Everyone should practice this reading for at least 5 minutes, 5 days a week. So many fives! Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, everyone!
